My name is Desiree Hopkinson and I started DH Mental Health Continuum because I am passionate about giving quality access to care and the time you deserve. I am an ANCC Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner treating children, adolescents and adults with a wide range of behavioral and emotional difficulties.
I am committed to supporting you on your journey towards improved mental health. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, or facing challenges at school or work, my aim is to help you heal and develop positive coping mechanisms.
I recognize that everyone's experiences are unique, which is why I provide personalized care that is tailored to your specific needs. In our initial session, we will conduct an in-depth assessment to gain a better understanding of your struggles and establish your goals. Together, we will develop a customized plan to help you overcome obstacles and achieve optimal mental health.
